Office 365 Bootcamp – Delve
In the first episode of the End User Track of the Office 365 Bootcamp we discuss an underused feature of Office 365…Delve. One of the neat things about Delve is that it turns the concept of search on its head and instead of you going to look for information, it pushed relevant information to you based on a number of criteria such as social relevance. It presents the results from SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Email, and other signals that can be sent to the OfficeGraph. It uses a card based presentation and allows users to organize cards into boards that are shared by all users. This means that I can place a document on a SharePoint board and everyone in the organization can see the SharePoint board and see my document and add their own. Of course, all of this is security trimmed.
